- 150ml 1783 Schweppes Crisp Tonic
- Garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit and a mint leaf

- 25ml RinQuinQuin Peach Wine
- 20ml Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Savile Row Gin
- Stir over ice; pour in a Champagne glass, top with Champagne

- 10ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 10ml Elderflower Syrup
- 40ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Mint
- Ginger Ale Topping
